Projeto para residência de pequeno porte

Este projeto foi para uma residência de esquina, térrea e de pequeno porte no bairro Jardim Europa, Uberlândia. Ele foi desenvolvido em parceria com a também arquiteta Kênia Queiroz.
Como o terreno era pequeno, a residência teve que se estender até os limites permitidos pelas normas da prefeitura para conter todo o programa de necessidades pedido pelo proprietário.
A casa é simples e segue uma proposta mais contemporânea sem extravagâncias, com linhas mais retas e a combinação de telhado aparente e platibanda.
A sala possui pé direito alto para dar uma sensação de amplitude e iluminação zenital para, em conjunto com as janelas normais, deixá-la mais clara. O restante também possui boa iluminação e ventilação, com os quartos voltados para o Leste.
A maquete foi feita no Revit 2012, trabalhada no Sketchup 8 e renderizada no 3D Max 2012.

This is the project for a small corner residence, ground floor, located in Jardim Europa neighborhood, Uberlândia. It was developed in partnership with an another architect, Kênia Queiroz.
As the land was small, the residence had to extend to the limits allowed by the rules of the city to contain the entire program of needs requested by the owner.
The house is simple and follows a design more contemporary without extravagance, with straight lines and the combination of apparent and hidden roof.
The room has high ceilings to give a feeling of extend and zenithal light to, together with the normal windows, make it more clear. The rest also has good lighting and ventilation, with rooms facing east. (southern hemisphere)
The model was made ​​in Revit 2012, finished in Sketchup 8 and rendered in 3D Max 2012.

Reforma e ampliação do escritório da Via Lazer

Imagem feita como proposta de reforma e ampliação do escritório da Empresa Via Lazer de Uberlândia.
A proposta foi criar uma sala ampla com banheiro próprio e bem iluminada. Para iluminá-la foi necessário elevar o pé direito e criar uma grande abertura voltada para o sul acima do telhado já existente, além de utilizar cores claras nas paredes.
A maquete foi modelada no Sketchup e exportada para o 3D Max 2012, onde foram configuradas a iluminação e as texturas.

The proposal was to create a large room with its own bathroom and well lit. To brighten it was necessary to raise the ceiling and create a large opening facing south above the existing roof, and use light colors on the walls.
The model was modeled in Sketchup and exported to 3D Max 2012, where were set up the lighting and textures.

Projeto de Reforma para residência no Umuarama

Segue abaixo a proposta que fiz para a reforma de uma residência no bairro Umuarama de Uberlândia.

As alterações foram poucas mas muito significativas tanto internamente como externamente, principalmente a ampliação da garagem que antes era apenas para um veículo. 

Na parte interna as principais melhorias foram a troca dos pisos e revestimentos, a alteração do layout de alguns ambientes e a integração deles com o restante da casa, antes muito segmentada. 

O muro frontal foi completamente refeito e pode ser visto na perspectiva 3D abaixo. 

A maquete foi inicialmente modelada no Revit 2012, depois exportada para o Skechup para a realização de estudos de fachada e depois finalizada no 3D Max 2012 para ser renderizada com o mental ray.

Below is the proposal I made for the remodeling of a residence in the neighborhood Umuarama, Uberlândia.
The changes were few but very significant both internally and externally, especially the expansion of the garage that was once only for a vehicle.
Inside, the main improvements were the replacement of flooring and tiles, changing the layout of some environments and integrate them with the rest of the house, before very targeted.
The front wall was completely redone and can be seen in the 3D model below.
The model was originally modeled in Revit 2012, exported to Sketchup for studies facade and then finalized in 3D Max 2012 to be rendered with mental ray.

Como evitar erros na fonte ao imprimir como PDF

Para quem cria arquivos PDF do AutoCad e geralmente aparecem erros com as fontes vai ai uma dica boa:

For anyone who creates PDF files from AutoCAD and errors usually appear with sources, here is a good tip:

- Entre nas propriedades da sua impressora de PDF dentro da janela plot do Cad ( DWG to PDF no caso)

- Enter in the properties of your PDF printer inside the AutoCad plot window (DWG to PDF in this case);

- Na janela DEVICE AND DOCUMENT SETTINGS entre em CUSTOM PROPERTIES

- In the window DEVICE AND DOCUMENT SETTINGS click in CUSTOM PROPERTIES



- No CUSTOM PROPERTIES, em FONT HANDLING marque CAPTURE ALL.

- In CUSTOM PROPERTIES, FONT HANDLING, mark CAPTURE ALL.


Funciona muito bem e economiza muita dor de cabeça!

Ferramenta Auto Number - AutoCad 2010 e superiores

Estou postando como utilizar uma ferramenta não muito comum do AutoCad que apareceu nas versões mais novas do programa. Ela se chama Auto Number e seu atalho é "TCOUNT".

I am posting how to use a not very common AutoCad tool that appeared in the newer versions of the program. It's called Auto Number and your shortcut is "TCOUNT". 

Para testar a ferramenta, vamos criar uma série de números repetidos com a ferramenta TEXT como na imagem abaixo e selecionar o Auto number marcado em vermelho:

To test the tool, we will create a series of repeated numbers using the TEXT tool like the image below and than select the Auto number marked in red:




















Apos clicar na ferramenta ela pede para selecionar os objetos ou números que queremos. Selecione todos, de ENTER e o Cad irá pedir o eixo que você deseja, no nosso caso é o "x", digite "x" e de ENTER. Em seguida digitaremos o primeiro número que queremos que é o "1", digitamos "," (vírgula) e depois o quanto queremos que cresça ou diminua a sequência, no nosso caso digitaremos "1" novamente e dar ENTER. Por fim selecione "overwrite" (sobrescrever) e de ENTER. Teremos o seguinte resultado:

Pronto, fizemos uma sequência numérica automática! Quando for enumerar os degraus de uma escada tente usá-lo e veja como agiliza o trabalho!
Existem várias variações, podemos começar pelo nº 10 e ir até o 0 por exemplo escrevendo "10,-1", ou usar o eixo "y" e ter a sequência na vertical. Façam seus testes, espero ter ajudado um pouco.

Ok, we made an automatic number sequence! When enumerating the steps of a stair try using it and see how speeds your work! 
There are several variations, we can start with 10 and go to 0 just writing "10 -1", or using the "y" axis and having the sequence vertically. Do your tests, I have helped a bit.

Projeto para uma área de lazer em Condomínio fechado

Essas são imagens do projeto que fiz para uma área de lazer em um Condomínio fechado aqui em Uberlândia.

O projeto é simples e as imagens estão sem renderizar, foram retiradas diretamente do Sketchup 8, mas já dão uma noção boa do resultado final do projeto.

No muro foi proposto um desenho em forma de ondas com o acabamento em pastilhas 2,5 por 2,5cm, que dão um toque especial para o muro de divisa que é bem alto no fundo.

A cascata pode ser vista da churrasqueira da casa e esconde a casa de máquinas. 

These are pictures of the project I did for a recreation area in a residencial neighborhood here in Uberlândia.

The design is simple and the pictures are without rendering, were picked directly from Sketchup 8, but it give a good idea of the final result of the project.

On the background wall, I proposed a drawing in the form of waves created with small tiles, giving it a special touch.

The waterfall can be seen from the balcony of the house and hides the swimming pool's machine room.

Reforma Área de Lazer - Bairro Jardim Karaíba

Maquete para meu projeto de reforma para uma área de lazer no Bairro Karaíba em Uberlândia. É um projeto simples assim como a maquete, mas que tiveram um ótimo resultado final.
A madeira do deck existente estava muito deteriorada e foi substituída por um porcelanato que imita madeira e resiste melhor às intemperes do clima e da umidade.
No dente existente do muro foi utilizado um porcelanato imitando a pedra são tomé, que trás um resultado muito bom.

This is a 3D model for my remodeling project of a recreation area in Karaiba neighborhood, Uberlândia. It is a simple design like the 3D model, but had a great end result.
The existing wooden deck was very deteriorated and was replaced by a porcelain tile that mimics wood and is more resistant to climate and humidity.
On existing dent of the wall was used porcelain imitating the São Tome rock , which brings a very good result.
