Reforma e ampliação de residência unifamiliar

Esse é um projeto que fiz para a reforma e ampliação de uma residência unifamiliar no Condomínio Morada do Sol em Uberlândia, MG.
O cliente queria aproveitar o espaço existente próximo à garagem para criar um quiosque com churrasqueira, banheiros, um depósito e um espaço para colocar mesinhas. Esse quiosque também serviria de apoio para uma piscina que será construída posteriormente.
A ampliação seguiu o estilo da casa, se integrou bem ao existente e teve um resultado muito bom.
A maquete foi feita no Sketchup 8, finalizada e renderizada no 3D Max 2012 com o mental ray e pós-produção no Photoshop.

This is a project I made for the renovation and expansion of a single family residence in Condo Morada do Sol in Uberlândia, MG. 
The client wanted to leverage the existing space next to the garage to create a kiosk with barbecue, bathrooms, a storage and a space to put tables. This kiosk also serve as a support for a swimming pool that will be built later. 
The expansion followed the style of the house, was integrated to the existing and had a very good result. 
The model was made in Sketchup 8, finished and rendered in 3D Max 2012 with mental ray and post production in Photoshop.

Reforma e projeto para quiosque em área de lazer existente

Esse é um projeto para a reforma de uma área de lazer existente com a criação de um quiosque com uma churrasqueira, área gourmet e lavabo com pia externa. 

O espaço foi projetado para melhor atender às reuniões familiares, pode ser utilizado também para pequenas festas na residência e serve de apoio para a pequena piscina existente.

A estrutura do quiosque é metálica e a cobertura é de telhas termoacústicas que são mais leves, possuem um desempenho térmico melhor e permitem inclinações de telhado mais baixas.

As modificações o espaço foram as mínimas possíveis, tentando aproveitar o máximo o que já existia, porém foi necessário correções de nível no piso da área externa.

This is a project for the renovation of an existing recreational area with the creation of a kiosk with a barbecue, gourmet area and a toilet with an outdoor sink. 

The space was designed to better meet family gatherings, can be used for small parties at home and serves as support for an existing small pool. 

The structure of the kiosk is metalic and the roof is of thermo tile that are lighter, have a better thermal performance and permit smaller roof inclinations. 

The space changes were kept to a minimum, trying to make the most of what already existed, but fixes on the floor level of the outdoor area was necessary. 

The model was made in Sketchup 8, finished in 3D Max 2012, rendered with mental ray and post-production in Photoshop.
